Everyone I have spoken with is incredibly nice and empathetic. Holly is so amazing with kids. Even the billing department is awesome! I left them a voicemail and they responded via text and we were able to fix the billing without having to get back on the phone.

Prior to Bright View I had tried Better Help (online a different company) and had a horrible experience with them, and then Carlee and Bright View came along- the exact opposite of the spectrum for me! Its been healing. They've created a welcoming, calm, and open environment with fidgets available, comfortable space, rain sounds to soothe and keep things private. It's wonderful. If everyone had a Carlee in their lives the world would be an incredible space.
