I usually do not leave reviews, but this has by far been the best birthing experience that my wife and I have had. I’m speaking for my wife (since my opinion doesn’t really matter 😂), Dr. Ring was so professional and the c-section was flawless. The L&D and post-delivery nursing staffs were top notch and super attentive to my wife’s needs. They made sure she was comfortable and informed on every aspect of the process. This is our 3rd boy (wild household) and we both wish we started at this location from the first born. Thank you to the staff for making my wife feel safe during this experience, it meant the world to us. Knowing what to expect from the process, we were still very impressed. Kudos!

DO NOT HAVE YOUR BABY AT THIS HOSPITAL! This was the worst experience of my life and I am still having nightmares. My baby was doing just fine with a strong heartbeat and I had progressed from 3CM to 5CM quickly after my epidural. My husband and mom briefly left my room to grab some food and it was just my sister and I. My sister stepped out for the hospitals midwife Brittney Horne to complete a crevical check. The midwife said that she wanted to use a FSE to monitor the baby’s heart rate closer due to the high amount of Pitocin I was given although she was still able to monitor the heart rate without the FSE. She said FSE is a tube that will go over my babies head to closely monitor the heart rate. Although I was extremely hesitant, I trusted her and allowed it. Within 30 seconds of attempting to place the FSE, my babies heart rate significantly dropped and they emergency called a doctor to the room and told me I will need an emergency C section and rushed me to another room yelling STAT, doctors saying they do not think my baby will make it, they do not have enough time, and may have to put me to sleep. I had no family around me and none of my family was aware of what was happening when they returned waiting for me. Thankfully, they delivered my baby and I did not have to get put to sleep. Someone in the room said this was her first time doing a STAT C section and one of the doctors told me that she was prepared for the worst to happen. I later looked up what a FSE was and it turns out FSE is a screw into the babies head to monitor the heart rate. Meaning the hospitals midwife LIED to me and caused my baby unnecessary distress leading me to have an emergency C Section. My baby also has a red mark on her cheek due to the midwife not using the FSE correctly. My heart drops every time I think about this experience.
