They were also so kind to him. he said mama I found the place for you. You’re gonna love it. I know you are. I said sure right he said it’s only 3 miles from me. I said I think I like it already. What do you mean? 3 miles? He said yes I checked it out. It’s beautiful. I couldn’t believe that it had a little porch that I could actually go out and get my own son and my own fresh air somebody interrupting my meditation otherwise if I’m out and about, you can ask me anything. This is a very clean place too. I was impressed with the room. I was impressed with everything. The cleanliness the people. Want you to help everyone eager to show me what I need to do how to work things and if something needed fixed I didn’t even have to say it twice It’s a wonderful clean exciting place where watch a movie , Do art, Play games, There’s just so much I can’t even think of all the things that Absolutely beautiful. The cost is more than reasonable. There’s nobody finer in the sweet people at the front desk. Stop what they’re doing as busy As they are to stop and help you out. I’m excited about living here and I feel safe for the first time in my life. I’ve had my home broken into four times. And I feel safe so safe here that no one‘s going to bother me that I can even leave my door open and enjoy the fresh air. My granddaughter Said it was a beautiful place that I was so lucky and I am very blessed and everyone at the front kept me in mind and worked hard for me to get in here. I appreciate your love your kindness the fun we have the things to do. You’re never bored. I love we can laugh at ourselves and everyone come back with us. No one is too serious, which is wonderful and love just being happy if you haven’t ever visited the Aspen, you’re missing out to all my friends come and visit You will never wanna leave you know who I am and where you’re at. I looked them up at the website, the Aspen to the wonderful lady. And pardon me for forgetting names I try not to, but by the time somebody tells me their name and then somebody else tells me their name get it mixed up get there one day. It’s a wonderful lady. Told my son about this place. I am sograteful to you and Anne, who also works at the Front Desk and but it’s fun and that’s the main thing is having fun. You don’t have to be right to have fun and she’s all About it. Come and join the Aspen Family .

The Aspens works with a variety of businesses that offer transportation. This includes companion care agencies, county van services, as well as Uber.
Does The Aspens have access to a walking trail?
The Aspens has a sidewalk that is around the perimeter of the building, the perimeter of the internal courtyard, plus the first floor is a full circle for walking during inclement weather. In addition, there are many parks within a few miles of the community that offer paved trails.
Does The Aspens have a pool?
Although The Aspens does not have a pool, the courtyard has a pickleball court, shuffleboard court, a turf area, a patio, and a gas grill. The local YMCA is only a few miles away and has an indoor pool.
Does The Aspens offer activities?
Yes, The Aspens has a variety of activities. They include, but are not limited to, fitness classes, art classes, films and movies, book clubs, support groups, games, luncheons, pickleball clinics, and much more. All the activities are included in the monthly rent.
Is The Aspens a buy-in community?
No, The Aspens is not a buy-in community. These are monthly rental apartments with standard 12-month leases. In addition, there is a one-time community fee.
If a resident of The Aspens needs additional care, can the lease be broken?
Yes. Should a resident need a higher level of care, the resident must provide a letter from the physician and a letter from the community indicating the resident's intent to move.
Are there additional expenses besides the monthly rent at The Aspens?
All the utilities, valet trash, bi-weekly housekeeping, maintenance, activities, and amenities are all included with the monthly rent. Cable, internet, and phone are at the resident’s expense.
