  I've been at Harmony for 5 months now the staff is wonderful to work with, they keep us busy and active.

  We visited Harmony at Greensboro last week. Marian Ragsdale spent a lot of time listening to my Brother and sister-in-law needs and wants. She toured with us throughout the facility, explained what it’s like to live there and answered all of our questions She was outstanding! Harmony at Greensboro is a wonderful place and we’re so happy that family Has chosen to live there!

  Horrible. “Memory Care Unit”. Staff sleeping. Pills found in loved one’s lap. Loved one lost outside in freezing weather. I was never notified by staff. They played it down. . Unlocked doors in Memory Care. Med tech lost med cart keys. Blamed my loved one. Yelling from staff at guests and residents. Saw a resident spanked. Staff watching “The View” and inappropriate movies with sexual scenes. Unreported injuries to my loved one while I was asked to stay away. Dangerous cleaning products left in loved one’s room. Asked for a wheelchair to assist my loved one. “Oh we ain’t starting that” from staff! Same clothes for days. Rarely bathed. Staff told his loving caregiver “He be crazy”:::: in his presence. I could go on and on. Judy (Director) was made aware of every single incident. Nothing. Begged to fly and meet with owner to discuss my concerns. He wasn’t having it. Heartbroken by how we were treated and I worry DAILY about those still present. I will spare you the 100+ videos and photographs. I will forever advocate for those who can’t speak for themselves. These precious people matter.
