Usually he does it 3 or longer months down the road. He is also trying to sell and not telling people. He tells people it's because of covid and the environment but it is not the truth.

I told them it was crooked. They gave the run around and even hung up the phone in my face. They received almost 4 grand for the tombstone. They are very rude and dont show any compassion. They just think about getting your money. They dont show compassion and having a business which deals with bereaving familes. You should have empathy, sympathy, and compassion!!! Point blank!
