    Every interaction with the staff of Impact Home Care Solutions' has been a 5 star experience! Their professional and compassionate customer care made a difficult time for our family easier to navigate. Voice messages were returned in a timely manner. All questions and concerns were addressed, and the process was explained throughly. Most importantly, our family member receives exceptional care and companionship during the visits. Truly thankful we found the perfect "solution" for our family! God Bless and keep up the great work!

    The Impact team stepped in as we were trying to allow mom to age at home, giving her the opportunity to maintain independence safely. Communication is easy and they keep us up to date on issues that need to be addressed. The care they show is for both mom as the client and us as caregivers. Thank you.

    I would like to share my experience involving “Impact Home Care Solutions “ owned and operated by my daughter “Crystal Little”. Her agency started caring for my mother who is the owner’s Grandmother. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the special care her aide “Liber” is providing to my mother “Bernice”. Liber is compassionate, caring, loving and has historical experience. My mother’s care includes soaking her feet, assisting in the restroom, cleaning her room and keeps her bed changed daily. In addition, she takes trash out daily, replenishes beverages and snacks, dishes and cleans her bathroom daily and laundry when needed. Liber, creates memories by sitting on the porch with her when weather permits. The owner Crystal and assistant Tonya screened and hand picked “Liber” her side to provide love, care, support and compassion. This is all I needed to be able to work in peace. Thank you Impact Home Care Solutions!
