  Admittedly, we did really like this establishment and were hoping to place our infant daughter here. Unfortunately, it just didn't work out that way. We spoke to them and toured back in February for availability in August. We even joined the wait-list, which is free. By the time our daughter was born in May, there was seemingly no more availability. We had been told at that time that there were only a few families ahead of us. We checked back in today and were told that there were now 11 families ahead, so have taken our search elsewhere. I wish there was a paid wait-list to secure your spot so that things like this don't happen. Best of luck to other parents during your search.

  We have been with LSS for more than 3 years. The teachers are hands on and do a great job. They do several awesome events each year and the kids love it. The teachers really do care about the children and go above and beyond to always keep parents in the loop. They truly have a family friendly environment.

  I couldn't speak better about this daycare. I have two children enrolled here and we've been at LSS for about 2.5 years. This center is made up of an amazing staff as a whole, but there are a handful of teachers who's dedication really stands out. Ms. Melody in the infants is really living out her calling. It is so difficult to leave your newborn baby at a daycare.. but Ms. Melody's communication starting day one, immediately put my heart at ease. Within hours of dropping off for the first time, I was recieving updates and pictures. You can tell she loves those babies, truly cares about the babies needs, and a parents wants. I couldn't imagine leaving my little babies with anybody else. Both Ms. Megan & Ms. Mervett in Toddler I, have a clear impact on their students. My son has been out of this classroom for a year, but still lights up when he sees Megan in the hall, and randomly tells me he misses her on the weekends. Ms. Mervett has the best energy and attitude for working with this age group. One day I was dropping my son off, and when Ms. Mervett walked through the door, every single baby got up & ran over, excited to greet her. It speaks volumes on the impact they both have! Ms. Noelle & Ms. Caitlin hands down have the most fun activities in their class. They are always planning fun things for their students to engage their students in learning. When they were teaching about farm animals, they rented baby chicks and goats to come to their class. They arranged for this completely on their own accord, highlighting their dedication to their students. Both of these teachers have amazing communication and were always willing to answer any questions I had in detail. These teachers all stand out for going above and beyond, but I do genuinely love this entire staff. I cant imagine ever sending my children anywhere else. While nobody is perfect, I do feel any issues I have voiced have been acknowledged on both a teacher and management level. There has only ever been one teacher I had an issue with. Ms. Kristin (management) listened to me in detail, took action immediately, and kept me updated along the way. You can tell she cares about the children, parents, and overall operation of the facility. Thank you LSS always ❤️

  After having several foster kids to attend Little Stepping Stone and watching the level or care provided to them, I wanted to join their team to help children grow. Some of my kids foster children had behaviors that demanded more attention than others and they were loved an molded by several staff members. Working with the staff and management to correct their behaviors was awesome, all because they did not turn them away! They worked with my husband and I, by then giving us some tools they used to help us at home with their challenging behaviors. No one person "know it all" this team helped us tremendously! As a parent, it allowed me to go to work and have a piece of mind that my children was in the best of care. Now, working in the facility I see more first hand the personal love the staff offer all the kids daily. Regardless to the things that life has tossed their way, the kids are allowed to be kids and are taught how to work through difficult situations. Very proud to be on the team!

  Staff and teachers have gone above and beyond to make my daughter and I feel comfortable as this was our first daycare experience. I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Kiara & Ms. Lisa in the 3’s room. Definitely recommend!
