Our experience in the infant and toddler classrooms at Bright Horizons RTP was exceptional. The teachers make this location special. They did a great job communicating, taking care of our child, making her feel loved, and helping her reach milestones. And a special thank you to Ms. Julie and Ms. Kat who made our first daycare experience special.

The teachers have been great overall and some are exceptional. The corporation refuses to accept credit cards as a form of payment, eliminated art, eliminated language, eliminated music, shortened the total hours of care and have passed on annual rate increase over the past 5 years ranging from 8-16% and that's after accounting for how the rates were supposed to decrease as children under care age. 3 different center directors in 5 years. This review was solicited by the center (and so too have referrals offering $100 off $1500 tuition) and I've provided them this feedback before, so here it is publicly.
