From day one, the staff has been warm, patient, and genuinely invested in not only our child, but each child’s growth and well-being. The teachers do an amazing job creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment while still allowing the kids to be kids. Our son has grown so much socially, emotionally, and academically, and it’s clear how much thought goes into their curriculum and daily routines. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and supported. It brings us so much peace knowing our child is loved, encouraged, and respected every day. We truly feel like this school is an extension of our family and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a center that really cares.

I emailed through their website then called their office two days in a row and it just kept ringing. No return email or call ever. Primrose called me back right away. It just shows the poor customer service for Bright Horizons.
