- LULauren UlrichMar 29, 20261.0When I called to schedule a tour of the hospital to prepare for birth. The older woman on the phone was not helpful and talked so fast after me asking multiple times to repeat the email to whoever I’m supposed to email about the tour which made me feel like she just wanted to hang up and not help me. I was made to feel dumb when I was just doing what I was advised to do as a new mom this was extremely disheartening.
