  I am so very disgusted at this place here I got information from a place for moms they had a a tour set up for me virtually at 9:00 this community never contact me was never in communication with me I didn't get a text until this morning this place fell to contact me when the tour was set by a place for moms I do not recommend this community to nobody cuz the community have bad communications have to be upfront and honest got the tour was set for yesterday at 9:00 a.m. please shy away from this community cuz they leave you in a panic when you looking for a community this is not the way that will start business bad business first impressions means everything I have to rate this community with one star because communications because a place for Mom did their job by sending me the information for virtual tour at 9:00 a.m. this community fill me that's not good

  The majority of the staff are wonderful and I believe have good intentions. The community itself is beautiful. Unfortunately for our family, I do not feel like those sentiments translate to the director. She does not seem to prioritize communication or taking responsibility for mistakes that have been made.

  When shopping for a community for my 86 year old mom to move to, we feel in love with MerryWood on Park. Rebecca and the staff there were so helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer questions before I even asked them! When we visited, we met several residents and ate in the delicious dining room. Friendliness and great customer service made this stressful process easy and smooth.
