- IRIvan RamosJan 24, 20264.0At the Grid I Bought an HP lap top on Thursday. Had to bring it back on Friday. Only worked for two hours, then fried. Took it back. I was offered another unit, or my money back. The manager worked with me and was very nice. I asked if it could be fixed, and left it. I was called by the technician on Friday evening letting me know it was not fixable. I got my full purchase fee back. Gotta say, they were very professional about the whole process. For $260.00, I think I will go to a teal computer store for my lap top. I would still go to the Grid at goodwill, and search for some cheap electronics. Very nice people work there. Not a bad experience.
