The teachers and staff have a wealth of experience and are extremely dedicated to the health and well-being of every child. We loved every minute of our Bright Horizons journey!

With my son being my first child it was all very new to me but one thing I did understand was the stress load. I appreciated Mrs. Sharon having a desire to work through some of my son’s melt downs on her own before addressing them with me. When it needed to be addressed I appreciated her transparency and willingness to sit down and come together to figure out best plan of action to ensure the safety of king and his class mates. While also ensuring he was continuing to learn. I felt like my son was safe and happy. I enjoyed the spirit days he took part in and school photos along with the schedule it really gives the children a real life prep of how it will be when they start school etc. I loved the detailed info on my son’s day in the app. It helped to ensure we are all on the same page. Getting daily photos for someone like me who loves photos I enjoyed that I will be making him an album with those photos. The staff was friendly welcoming and positive. This is a great place for people to send their children!

She loves her teachers Ms. Crystal and Ms. Charity and she tells me everything she learned each day. Her teachers also let us know what they learned each day and you get amazing snap shots of your child during the day. Annalee is a great director and available for any questions you may have. Ms. Michelle the assistant director is amazing as well and they both know each child by name which is a beautiful thing. They also combine classes which is a great way for children to meet others and interact and all the teachers she has encountered has deeply impacted her life and taught her so much. If you are looking for a daycare where your child is not just a number I could not recommend Bright Horizons Mallard Creek enough. They are also very accommodating with children with severe allergies etc. Such an amazing environment!
