  The BrightHorizons Mallard Creek staff is excellent. My child has been enrolled since she was 6months old and she’s almost 2 years old. Their communication With me about my daughter’s progress throughout the day is very informative and consistent. The staff is very tenured and experienced. They do a great job with managing the overall health and safety of the center. My daughter has soared in her development and awareness. The staff, activities, meals and communication make this a top center in Charlotte. I’d recommend to any parent. I’m looking forward to my daughter’s continued growth.

  Bright Horizons is an excellent daycare! Our daughter Kennedy loves going each day. She loves her teachers Ms. Crystal and Ms. Charity and she tells me everything she learned each day. Her teachers also let us know what they learned each day and you get amazing snap shots of your child during the day. Annalee is a great director and available for any questions you may have. Ms. Michelle the assistant director is amazing as well and they both know each child by name which is a beautiful thing. They also combine classes which is a great way for children to meet others and interact and all the teachers she has encountered has deeply impacted her life and taught her so much. If you are looking for a daycare where your child is not just a number I could not recommend Bright Horizons Mallard Creek enough. They are also very accommodating with children with severe allergies etc. Such an amazing environment!

  I wish I could really show you all how amazing the teachers here are! My son has been at the center since infant and the teachers from the start were amazing. They taught me so much as a new mom. Ms.Paula gave me such ease and Ms. Wendy felt like family! As we transitioned to Toddler 1 they made it very smooth and we felt like we were in great hands. Ms. Nicole deserves a grammy/oscar/tony/noble prize. She is THE TEACHER, her skills and the way she cares for the kids is unmatched. The whole class adores her and she teaches them so much. My son was not walking yet when he moved to her class and within a couple of weeks he was running! He is turning 2 in Sept and says all of his ABCs and knows hes numbers in EN and ES. He knows so many words and comes home saying a new one almost weekly. Ms Nicole truly is an amazing teacher, educator and so much more. The staff are all amazing- everyone always has a smile on their face. I wish I could say more! Thank you BH you are family.

  I am blown away by the quality of care at Bright Horizons at Mallard Creek. The staff is friendly, nurturing, communicative, and extremely professional. I so appreciate everything they do!
