We love the hands-on teachers at Bright Horizons Clubhouse. This is a place where they engage and nurture your child and meet them where your child is at. All the staff know my son's name and they all create a very welcoming environment for him. There are also lots of extra educational services offered that we have enjoyed. I've been to several schools due to multiple kids and moving as a family, and I think this is a very well ran program -- from safety, to emotional intelligence teaching, to simply having fun, there is a balance of all of it.

Our son has had great time in the BH Clubhouse for more than 2 years. The teachers here are caring and they are doing great job in our kid's development in many aspects. Thanks!

We’ve been sending our kids here since 2021. They offer part-time care, which as a healthcare worker, has been so helpful! The teachers are so loving and caring! Their days are filled with activities and the staff are great about sending updates in the center’s app. Ms. Ruchi, Ms. Deb, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Ahmilia are incredible caretakers and teachers!!

The place has been gradually worsening since the old director Robin left last year. There are still some great caring teachers (not all, some are substandard at best) but with poor leadership there's only so much one can do. Unlike a couple of years ago, the current teacher turn-over rate is horrible (e.g., across three preschool rooms with supposedly 6 teachers, at this moment there are only 4 permanently assigned, including 2 recent hires with NO prior experience and 1 not-so-recent who is indeed great but is about to leave soon). There's a great deal of moving kids between the rooms to meet the ratios, sometimes for long periods of time (not just early morning or late afternoon as you might expect) and without any warning for the parents, as if kids were books to be put on one shelf or the other for your convenience. The new hires are recent college grads who seem to be unable to work with kids other than super-perfect super-social, and, what's really disappointing because some of them may have a good potential, are encouraged to do so by the administration. So, if your kid is perfect and would thrive in any environment - it may work (that's why I give this place two stars, not one). If your kid needs to be cared for - the chances are slim, and, again, do not expect any cooperation from the management. Rather, be ready to receive continuous complaints like "I asked him/her to cooperate, and he/she said no, please do something" (so that after a few weeks I almost started to believe that taking "no" for an answer from a 3yo has become a new professional standard in early education). Be aware of compromised security - the entrance door code is never changed, and has one of those combinations that any security specialist would say is a big no-no. The entrance door is also unsupervised at times. So, a young child can easily sneak out of a classroom or a playground (none of the locks are child-proof!), and if that happens then instead of tons of apologies and immediate installation of proper locks you may get accusations or even suspension of your child (yet another new standard in childcare, isn't it?) and assurance that there is no way a proper supervision for your young preschooler can be provided. Really?! Hm, ok, every day you find out something new indeed. So, a dedicated bike area with plenty of bikes and scooters is great, and so are the on-site gym and the splash court. But any school is run by people, so horizons may be bright, but reality - it depends. Moved to an independently run facility and could not be happier.
