Profound Gratitude for Unwavering Compassion and Dignity As the only child navigating the immediate loss of my mother, and having to travel into town to handle arrangements, this journey was the hardest I've ever faced. I cannot adequately express the depth of my gratitude for the entire staff at Rich and Thompson. They handled every detail of my mother’s passing with the utmost respect, honor, and dignity she deserved. They didn't just perform a service; they provided a shield of compassion that allowed me to grieve without worry. In particular, Mr. Chris Rhodes, Mrs. Rita Ingram, and Mr. Bobby Hornaday exemplify professionalism and heartfelt care. Their loving and compassionate demeanor guided me through the entire process, making a painful experience manageable. Their commitment to honoring my mother and supporting those of us left behind was palpable and truly remarkable. Thank you for making this difficult time a meaningful tribute. We are forever grateful for your presence in our lives during this chapter. Caroline S. and Family

They did a wonderful job for my family after my grandfather passed, including doing all the necessary legwork to ensure there was a funeral honors detail and a flag ceremony to recognize his service in the Army. By their professionalism and attention to detail, they made it much easier for us to concentrate on celebrating his life.
