It was labeled affordable 1,000$ a month when I first moved in but now they have upped the rent for the 2nd time in a year to 2,500$ a month and no garage or anything special. Also maintenance requests take a long time to get handled and a lot of the building still is from the 90’s. No upgrades with the rent raise!
