  Just don’t! We lost our son in a horrific accident and it has been hard enough without dealing with this owner. We work out of town so we have a friend (retired veteran and law enforcement officer) stop by so we could confirm the stone arrived as ordered and no blemishes before making final payment. I left a voicemail letting her know. She went full blown mental on him, making threats and escorting him out (he even rolled down his window so she could keep fussing, lol). She then called me to blast me otp for 3 min before I spoke up. I really think this woman either has an untreated mental disorder or severe hormonal imbalance and should NOT be in this business. The crew was great but that’s it. I videoed final payment and had driver sign bc I don’t trust Beth. She is absolutely crazy! I cried for 2 days after that call. Shouldn’t have to deal with this just to have a headstone for my 27yo son! Been afraid to post bc I don’t know if she will retaliate. She took over this business after her husband passed but I think she should sell it for her sake and everyone else.

  To bury a child is so hard but to have a person in this profession be so rude and disrespectful is disgusting. Everyday I wake up to a reoccurring message bad dream. It’s people like her that makes it even harder. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!
