  Mr. Hollis demonstrated unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, lacking in appropriate bedside manner. His inquiry regarding my grandfather's cremation arrangements, made in the parking lot following a funeral service, was highly inappropriate. Furthermore, discrepancies exist between verbal assurances received via telephone and the on-site experience.

  The Memorial Funeral Home staff took care of every last detail of my mother's funeral beautifully and professionally. They made us feel at ease during our sad time. The visitation room was beautiful, warm and felt like home. They provided thank you cards, a DVD from the slide show they made and a book to keep the family organized during visitors, meals prepared for us and phone calls. What a blessing Memorial has been to our family!
