- CSCynthia StallingsAug 15, 20241.0I scheduled an appointment online and was notified by email that once the meeting was confirmed, I would receive a text or another email. The day came for my appointment, I went to the office even though I never received a text or email confirmation of the appointment, and the office was closed. I sent a message asking why this was. I was informed that the office had flooded and they couldn't have in-person appointments. I requested a Zoom meeting or phone call, as my situation needs immediate attention. I haven't heard from anyone since in regards to my request. My appointment was scheduled for last Friday, 8-9-2024. Like the previous review I read, if I could, I would give an even lower rate of the NAACP St. Louis County.
