  My mom Shannon spent 2 years at Turners Rock in Assisted Living, and I can't say enough great things about the care she received. She had Parkinson's, which made life hard. But the staff was always kind and attentive, going out of their way to make her feel comfortable. They helped limit her falls with thoughtful tips and tricks, coordinating with other services to give Shannon the best quality of life she could have. (They even have the St Louis Cardinals channel on cable, which was a must for mom!) When she ascended to heaven early in 2026, they helped me coordinate with St. Croix Hospice to ease her passing. Being able to say goodbye in the comfort of her room instead of the antiseptic lifelessness of a hospital room--I will cherish that forever. If you need help with a loved one and are trying to do it all yourself, consider the folks at TR. They're full of life, full of compassion, and ready to help. Thank you to Laken, Diana, Lisa, Brad, Katie, Shannon, Meagan, and so many more for taking great care of my momma.

  My mom and sister are living at Turner's Point since my sister's home was burned down in January. We were so blessed to have an opening right when the family needed it. The staff, especially Lora, have been very gracious, knowledgable and attentive. The activity director Will is very engaging and works hard to ensure all the residents enjoy a variety of activities for body, soul and mind. The food is very good and the staff in the restaurant are all welcoming and kind. After my sister's home is rebuilt my mom will hopefully desire to stay there because it has been so good to be out and active with all the people there. The people are genually happy at Turners Rock and Turners Point.

  We moved my parents into the new villas at Turners Rock last October after 40 years in their Springfield home. All of the staff (including dining room servers and maintenance) go above and beyond to make this place a wonderful, happy and caring environment for residents. I would 100% recommend this retirement community!

  Turner’s Rock did a phenomenal job caring for our Mom for the last 3 1/2 years. We chose them because it presents as a non-institutional, spa-like setting with tons of activities available and an exceptional tasty and nutritious daily menu. Mom resided in the assisted living part of the facility a few doors down from the dining room which she loved. The staff were always responsive to her needs and treated her with respect and kindness. They always called us (the family) with any issues that were going on to problem solve the best solution for Mom. When she passed away, we were treated with love, compassion and understanding. Several staff attended her funeral service and shared many heart warming stories about our Mom. We highly recommend Turner’s Rock!

  A wonderful place to call home! They have a great restaurant with amazing food options. Very friendly at the front desk and helpful with all concerns. Great nursing care on each floor and so many activities everyday to participate in. Staff is very kind and inviting. Thank you and have a Blessed Day!
