I know every opinion is subjective, as everyone has different needs throughout therapy, BUT, I think it’s safe to NOT recommend Cindy Green if you’re looking for a counselor. One of my good friends had two sessions with her, and in the second session Cindy fell ASLEEP while she was talking… absolutely inexcusable. I can’t speak for any of the other therapists at this practice, but after two sessions, my friend was DONE.

I love my counselor but I’m so sad she’s tied to this money making business. Yesterday I had to cancel my appointment because I couldn’t find a ride. I was trying to get an Uber but didn’t have the funds so I called and cancelled. A very unhappy with his personal life type character told me I should have called sooner. I went all weekend without my car because I had to get a lyft home from work after the ice storm. So I didn’t have a car all weekend and I still was trying to go to my appointment but it just wasn’t possible. I really like Linda but the front desk people have driven me away from even trying to see my therapist anymore. It is absolutely not worth going through the front office to see Linda anymore. My advice would be to drop the greed and display some caring qualities. Especially since you’re also representing Christianity. I have never been to a therapist office with such rude staff that I had to go to another place. But I already called EAP and got referred to a different therapist. Sorry Eaglecrest and Linda, your rude front desk employees have lost their precious revenue from me and Linda has lost a patient that needed her. You can’t work in the office of a therapist office and be mean. People don’t come to therapy to be ostracized over billing and money. That is the biggest focus I feel in there. It has been the worst relationship with a therapists office I’ve had.
