The best part of the place is the range of amazing staff members who make life at Park Place enjoyable and comfortable for my parents. The staff members also do a great job communicating with me since I visit my parents often and coordinate their medical and psychosocial needs. Everyone is so responsive and friendly--I highly recommend Park Place Senior Living at Winghaven!!

They don't have enough dietary workers, they have the aides and caregivers doing dietary work which is cross contamination, they don't have housekeeping, they have spiders, the elevators are always broke and they don't assess the residents well, most of them should be in a skilled facility.
