All three of my children have gone to elite start and seen so many changes throughout the years. The newest director, Justin, and assistant director, Shanay, have really turned the center around for the better! The staff turn around has gone down drastically, there are more activities in place for the children, and they really care about the well being of all of my children, as well as myself. All staff are accommodating to the needs of the children while still following protocols. I’ve seen so many changes in the last 5 years within the center that I can honestly say that since Justin became director it has been the best I’ve seen yet. I know my children are very loved and I’m confident in leaving them each day in the care of child prodigy! Even the higher management who is not always in the building as they come in from out of town, know my children and I, which speaks volumes! I highly recommend checking them out and regardless of the poor reviews in the past, Child Prodigy East is a great place for your children to learn and grow! Thank you Justin and Shanay for all that you do!

This is the only daycare I will send my kids to! As a foster parent, I know my kiddos can be harder and have more behavioral difficulties than others. The staff at this daycare have worked alongside me and have exceeded my expectations. They understand trauma responses and never make me or my kids feel less than. My kids run to their teachers every morning because they know how much they are loved and love going to daycare! My youngest was premature and is developmentally behind and has feeding issues, and with the work of his teachers, he is THRIVING. I got a notification today that he ate a new food and ate ALL of it! He has started to catch up on so many milestones because of his teachers. Even his therapist who visits the daycare says he is making leaps and bounds because of them. I know without a doubt that I’ll never have to search for another daycare!

There are worse places for your child. We have had several foster children here and the results vary widely. Our biggest struggle was the teachers of the younger children who do what they think is best for your child even if it directly conflicts with your direction and/or the direction of medical personnel. This was very frustrating for us as we watched these teachers make excuse after excuse over 10 months in helping us break our child from thumb sucking and another from finger sucking. We provided medically approved devices and begged and pleaded for them to think of the long-term impact to these kiddos. It was really hard for us.

This is the first and last place my daughter will ever go. This whole establishment has left a terrible taste in my mouth. My daughter has never been to daycare. I trusted this establishment to take care of her while I go to work. You should be able to trust licensed individuals and certified child caregivers. My daughter comes from daycare crying everyday and says her teacher is mean to her and hurts her. I have left police reviews. One day she came home with a bruise on her arm and the teachers couldn’t tell me where it came from. As a single mother I have no one to watch her now that I work full time. And I hate that my baby even has to go through this. I don’t know what sick individuals would want to harm a baby no matter how “difficult” you say the child is. My baby is only 3 years old , so of course she is going to act 3. She doesn’t have the mental to act 10 years of age. This really breaks my heart because I trusted these people with my baby and I failed her. I feel like a terrible mom.I also overheard her teacher telling one of the parents my daughter is bad and terrible and she can never get anything done when I bring her to school. She only goes to school 3 days out the week and I still pay 650 a week for her to go.I should get the best care possible when it comes to my baby and so should other parents! I don’t trust this place and I’m leaving this review so other mothers and fathers don’t make the same mistake I did!

I would be wary of Elite Start Preschool, they are not honest people. Their daycare bus driver, Amber, hit my parked vehicle with their gray daycare bus, while it was parked outside of an elementary school. She attempted to flee the scene, and after chasing her down and listening to her argue that she hadn't hit my car (despite the multiple witnesses) she eventually admitted that she had in fact hit my car and provided her insurance information. Silly me for not contacting the police and filing a report right there, but I figured it was obvious she'd hit my car - and there wasn't thousands of dollars of damage - just an ugly scratch. Instead of involving insurance companies, I attempted to contact the owner directly to resolve the damages. No response. Fast forward to the insurance company denying my claim (because she denied again that she'd hit my car), which I was prepared to accept and let karma take care of the rest - life is too short to haggle with liars and a company who thrives off of sticking it to the little guys...! Then, I'm in line today at the school to get my kids and notice this same driver, in the same bus, taking photos of me and/or my car. How creepy is that? Why should I have to feel harassed or watched by someone who damaged my property and then lied about it? I am a parent and I definitely wouldn't want these types of individuals to be around my children, let alone transporting this. I hope this information helps to prevent someone from making a poor and potentially dangerous choice for their children.
