- RGRosanna GilesJul 11, 20221.0I had the worst experience during the most difficult time in my life. Laying my father to rest at only 61 years old was very devastating. With his years of experience I would of expected more understanding and compassion during the planning process. He gave off really judging and negative vibes. He gave us no direction for the service yet was there to rush the viewing. Following the service before the casket was locked and sealed he would not let my mother and I view my father for one last goodbye. He also put the wrong birth date on my dads vault. Very disappointed in the services we paid for and I wish I would have used another funeral company.
