As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), also called a Life Plan Community, Farmington Presbyterian Manor offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation (PATH®)—all in an active community with plenty of choices for what to do and how to live.
