The staff is nurturing, patient, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education. They treat every child with warmth and respect, and it’s clear they truly care. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed for little ones to explore and learn. We especially love the balance of structured learning activities and free play. Communication is also excellent—we receive daily updates and photos, which gives us peace of mind and helps us feel involved.

They are able to maintain calm and caring in infant care that helps build trust and security. The 4 to 1 ratio of Missouri is difficult and they are able to be calm and responsive, even on days when multiple kids are sick or upset. They are amazing. There are many awesome staff at Green Meadows!
