  We had a wonderful experience when my Dad lived at Rivers of Life. He came there after being discharged from the hospital. He wanted to go home and was upset about the move, his hair was messy from lying in a hospital bed, and he was unshaven. The moment he arrived the staff made him feel so welcome. They cleaned him up, cut his hair and shaved him; when I visited him later that day I didn’t even recognize him! The transition was much easier than we expected because of the care and kindness of Sue and the nurses. The staff made sure my Dad engaged in activities, got him up out of his wheelchair to dance (and sent me a video), and brought him out to the patio for fresh air and sun, which he really enjoyed. The difficulty of watching him decline was lessened by knowing my Dad was receiving wonderful care and attention and was part of a community. I’m so thankful to Rivers of Life and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for memory care.

  Rivers of Life has been such an amazing facility for my loved one. The specialized dementia care is top notch and incredibly individualized for each resident. We feel so grateful that our loved one is safe and well cared for here.

  I was greeted by amazing staff with a friendly face and great service. The culture is so vibrant and happy. I recommend this community for anyone looking for assisted living or memory care.
