Country Manor first opened its doors over 50 years ago as a modest 64 bed nursing facility. Since then, Country Manor Campus has transformed into multiple campuses, spanning over 160 acres, boasting a senior housing and health care community unlike any other in Central Minnesota.
Our Sartell campus includes: private suites, state-of-the-art wellness center including 4 separate therapy gyms, HydroWorx warm water therapy pool, unique therapies like pet, music and massage therapy. Individualized activity and entertainment programming, 3 full-service salon & spas, store, pharmacy, multiple "quick food" options, full-service restaurant and bar, clinic, child care, transportation services, and a 7,000-square-foot Chapel. Country Manor also features beautifully groomed grounds with various gathering areas like the barbeque terrace, sundeck, duck pond, and a secured 1.25-acre court yard. Stone-paved walkways throughout campus guide residents to working gardens and serene sitting areas.

The 1st night I was there my call button for pain meds was ignored & I was neglected for 3 hours & I cried until it was answered. I asked the nurse if he thought I would go to sleep if he didn't answer, with no response. The night before I was released I wasn't given any pain meds for 8 hours. The night nurse was there & she was very sympathetic, but Dr. Karen Didn't order any pain meds for me, she said she didn't know I was out.😥 I have a auto immune disease, Rhumitoid Arthritis, that the pain was treated only with Tylenol. The pain in my bones were as bad as my surgery, & they didn't manage my pain. This was very traumatic for me & every time I think of this I cry. God Help anyone who is in need of pain management, it isn't there at Country Manner. Candice Lee
