- DRDonna RehkampMay 5, 20221.0Our 91 year old Mom was in the memory care area. She told us care was harsh and we ended up putting in a camera in her room which staff knew was there. There were multiple instances where medication was found on the floor, recordings of staff being impatient, demeaning and causing our Mom to feign sleep in order to avoid interaction. After being questioned at one point, they put someone else’s clothes on her (name tags on clothing) and threw clothing on the floor, again not our Mothers’ clothing. Initially the room was always in order, as Mom arrived after a hip surgery and was totally dependent, but during her stay she was never able to dress herself. Paying $6,000+ monthly and care was to say the least substandard.

Our family voiced our concerns multiple times about the care of our mom and nothing was done. Its one excuse after another. I would give this facility a zero if I could.
