- ASAnita ScottFeb 2, 20261.0BeeHive Homes Assisted Living has some excellent aides who genuinely care, and for that I am thankful. Unfortunately, my overall experience was mixed and often stressful. The facility appears to be understaffed, which affects the quality and consistency of care. While there are a few outstanding aides, there were also some questionable ones. When concerns were raised, BeeHive did not take responsibility for aides wrongdoing but instead made excuses, which was very disappointing. For the cost, the level of service provided is overpriced. I strongly encourage families to be very active and present with their loved ones. I also highly recommend having a camera in your loved one’s room. If I had not had a camera in my love one room, I would not have known what was truly going on. My love one breathing treatments, often left alone and treatment was not done, because love one could not hold device. Another time, a resident was in my love one room, undressed and proceeded to put on my love one clothes. There's other serious issues that were caught on camera! The wrong doings were definitely addressed, but excuses were made. Never took responsibility. I can't express how important it is to have a camera in your love one room. Due to these concerns, I would not recommend nor ever choose to return with a love one. Families should stay involved, ask questions, and closely monitor care to ensure their loved one’s safety and well-being.

The entire staff, including the owners are by far the most caring loving people I’ve ever met providing care. I’ve been helping folks for the last 10 years find a place they could call home. The BeeHive team takes amazing care of all the residents 24/7. We we’re lucky to be one of the first families able to enjoy the services after the doors opened. The first bonus star is for how well the team ensures a safe environment for the people they care for. The second bonus star is for the owners love and respect for each and every soul in the building. I’ve sat on the couch and watched them stop, say good bye, provide a hug, smile, make eye contact and engage everyone on the way out letting them know how much they are appreciated. You are the best and a blessing. Please let me know if we can ever do anything for you and your family. God bless the entire BeeHive cast of angels.
