  I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My husband’s grandmother is here and has been denied basic care that they pay $15k PER MONTH for. Family has to go every single day to make sure she has her meds and that the services are being done, and often have to argue with staff to make sure things are completed. The staff do not go an ounce beyond their check list, and they act inconvenienced when their help is required. Absolutely insane. It is so disruptive to their lives and I could not recommend enough to make sure your family is in a better place than this.

  My Mother in Law received kind, compassion, professional care at Deephaven Woods Independent Living. The small community of residents were respected and loved by the staff, making them feel safe and adding to their quality of life. The caregivers were also warm, friendly and responsive to the loved ones of the residents.

  Deephaven Woods was the third care facility for my mother and although not the most expensive, by far best care she received. Mom truly loved her care givers and they loved her back. I appreciated how the mgmt team worked with me to quickly modify her care as her needs progressed. When the time came, the nursing staff stayed hours late to ensure hospice was set up and their staff ready to support her and my family. I did years of hospice volunteering in variety of facilities in western suburbs, extremely thankful to get Mom into Deephaven Woods.

  Beautiful community! The care and staff here are wonderful! Deephaven Woods is surrounded by beautiful trees and is very peaceful. The building itself is beautifully decorated and the Memory Care has a wonderful walk-out patio surrounded by trees. It is an Ebenezer community so the care is high quality! Definitely recommend it if you are looking for senior living!!
