Assisted Living Facility
At Fieldcrest, we will work with you to establish an individualized service plan that’s right for you. Your service plan will reflect your specific needs and preferences. You will have access to services 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Generally, we will have 2 Aides on-site 24/7; a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on-site during the day M-F and for a few hours on Saturdays and Sundays; and a Registered Nurse (RN) on-site during the week and available/on-call 24/7. Additional staff will prepare and serve meals, provide housekeeping and laundry services, take care of maintenance needs, and coordinate activities for residents.
