  My family has been sending our children to 3Rs for 6 years and we are planning to send our next child as well. I can’t recommend this place enough, the communication is consistent, the flexibility with the staff and hours make our lives much easier with two busy parents schedules. My first favorite memory is they unknowingly to my wife and I taught our children sign language in the early development months. That was so beneficial for the communication gap we have with our children. This place is a great place to send your young love ones as they begin to develop their lives!

  My experience with the 3Rs started off Good until I ran into a custody battle with my children father. As I was the one paying for my children fee and bringing them to daycare, the father never brought them to daycare or was on any paper work and they proceeded to stop me for picking up my children and didn’t allow me access to the building at first, I can with a court order to pick my kids and and they did not honor the judge order and still proceed to call the dad and tell him what I was doing, they added him and his mom to the emergency contact without my consent also adding him to the online portal updates. I had to call the cops for them to let me leave with my children even after the fact I was the one paying for childcare and picking them up. They knew nothing about the father and allowed him to pick up and drop off my children without my knowledge but notified him when I came to pick my children up. They do not follow protocol. I took my children out the daycare but the daycare director name is Anthony is refusing to date my children the last date I brought them but is trying to charge me for days they dad had them in his custody bringing them to daycare without my knowledge. I don’t recommend if you are dealing with custody battles because they don’t know how to follow protocol when things like this is happening

  When i 1st walked into the daycare it seems clean. The toys in the waiting area are filthy, they look as if they have never been cleaned off or disinfected in all the time they've been in the box. Also while filling out the paper work I listened to a poor baby cry for also 30 minutes never heard anyone try to comfort the child or anything. No one ever came back to ask if I had questions about the paperwork or anything. I as was handed of to a lady, when I was finish with my paperwork was in a meeting. Finish all my paperwork never got a tour of the learning center. I never received a call back as if they received a fax from my childcare clinic. I called to ask them if they received the paperwork and was advised the class was full just within 3 days. No one had the courtesy to call and even notify me that the paperwork was not received. Horrible customer service. Clean your toys, don't let kids cry for 30 minutes and have more courtesy for families that you give a start date to but do not communicate that information is missing.

  This place is great, I stepped in on a preschool class briefly and say 3-5yr old's learning basic addition... and getting it!
