Many times my son was greeted with a attitude the way the head of Elliot’s Champions spoke to the kids was often in a ghetto manner she also shut a door in my face over my son not having a mask on instead of offering one or asking if one was needed( it his was in his pocket). Very poor communication between staff. I spoke with the supervisor and district manager and never got a call back. Nothing ever was resolved I withdrew my child.
