- EPElene PapalexisApr 29, 20251.0I applied for the Outreach Specialist "remote" position-- I figured with my background I'd be a great at it & customer service, I received an email from Talent Advisor Angela House in Troy, MI she wanted to set up a phone interview but her bookings page was not showing me available dates-- I emailed her & she asked me if I had availability the next day at 4:30pm-- I responded thru email yes-- next day no call or email even after I sent her an email at 4:49 saying are we still on for the interview-- no response-- so I tried to go back on her bookings page which now was working so next available was for today 11:30 4/29-- she never confirmed email nor sent me an email that position was filled. I can't believe they would assign this position to someone like that-- unprofessional, & ignoring applicants. This is why excellent candidates get discouraged from applying to these positions-- someone needs to have a talk with her because she is not honoring her role as she should, no email was sent in a matter of a week-- then without me even getting a phone interview-- she sends me an email after I said are we not interviewing today? I'm sorry but she is not a decent Talent Advisor, it looks like she does what she wants & that is not fair. Very unprofessional & disheartening. I did not deserve to be treated this way. Noone picks up the phone in HR either I guess that's why they do that. A warning to decent pple trying to apply-- I'm just the unfortunate one to get her. I hope mngt sees this because I am not happy with the way they handle things- AWFUL PLACE!

What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare and many other insurances. Our patient representatives will verify your benefit coverage as part of the new patient registration process.
Does insurance cover in-home care?
Medicare and Medicaid insurance will cover in home care for those patients who qualify. Medicare will cover 80% of the allowed amount with the other 20% billed to the patient’s secondary insurer, the same as the physician’s office.
How quickly can I get a doctors visit?
For new patients, home visits can typically be scheduled within 3-5 business days of completing the registration process.
What if I need an urgent appointment?
Our mobile health care services prevent many urgent needs by seeing patients on an appropriate follow-up basis. When needed, we can usually get to your home for urgent needs within 2 business days.
What services do you offer?
We offer many of the same health care services you would receive in a doctor’s office setting including physical examinations, laboratory services, x-ray and ultrasound studies.
Do you offer emergency visits?
Contact your doctor at any time; we will schedule a sick visit within 24 to 48 hours. However, if it is a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency room.
Can I still see my regular doctor?
In most instances HarmonyCares Medical Group will assume the role of your Primary Care Provider. HarmonyCares Medical Group will communicate and coordinate with any specialists you have as deemed necessary.
What are your hours of operations?
HarmonyCares Medical Group Providers generally make house calls between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Our clinically trained staff is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
