This year they created a stone for my dear daughter remotely as we are summer resorters from NYS. I didnt order the stone in time for the burial but they installed it later and texted the finished product. Jason and all are professional, patient and knowledgeable. They were so helpful and great at communicating. Five Stars all tve way!!

Her tone of voice was of someone who is unfriendly and her body language during our meeting was of someone who wanted to rush us out as soon as possible, when all we wanted was more information on the site we purchased. Save yourself time, being mistreated, and stress especially during such a tough time because of your loss and take your business to another place where you will be assisted, treated in a professional way and free of stress.
