After 90 days, I was promoted to supervisor, and since then, I've seen firsthand how the staff truly works together, and it makes a real difference in the quality of care we provide to our residents. It also creates a more enjoyable and supportive atmosphere for all of us. I especially want to thank Mindy and latraia, who have been incredibly encouraging and supportive since day one. They truly treat everyone like they are their real family! The caregivers are always so helpful.This is a place I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.
