Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, respectful, and went above & beyond. It made the worst days of my life thus far, laying my spouse to rest, very calm and organized, even while I was beset with grief. Shout out to Mr. Matthew Manzella, for all the organizing, and efforts. I had been through 4 months of home care Hospice of my spouse, just prior to the Funeral, so organizing a get-together of any kind was furthest from my thoughts. All the folks at Bagnasco and Calcaterra made it much more tolerable for me by flexing their expertise muscles. Can definitely recommend these folks & this business.

They treated the process like they were selling me a used car - negotiating prices. Once I complained, Dyan took the paperwork to her boss and came back with a "better" price. Why would she not do this the FIRST time. They prey on your grief and try to profit even more off of it. No compassion whatsoever. Period.
