I've had the $995 cremation ad clipped and saved for several years. Plus I saw a very popular story on WDIV ch4 on the Jowett family, brand, message and genuine care and compassion. Fast forward to Friday 10-10-2025 I was told by hospice, it's time to make " that call". It was truly after hours but Google said open 24-7, I called and a very sweet, kind gal took my info to pass on, in less than 17 minutes a call from Mrs. Terry Jowett arrived. Kind Attentive Compassionate Easy to understand Z E R O pressure or spin. She assured me to stop by on Tuesday or Wednesday. I did, met Cathy. We agreed on 3pm. She was on time, polite, caring, sweet and kind. No smoke and mirrors. No nonsense. Agreed upon arrangements and price, in black and white. No tricks No pressure, just kind, caring and compassionate. Dad is a US Navy veteran, Terry & Cathy are contacting and reaching out to Great Lakes Veterans Cemetery. Also going to guide me in placing my late mother's ashes their, as Veterans spouses, get that honor. Mother will get her place next to dad, 30years after her Glory Promotion. One last note, parking lot and perimeter grounds, fresh, clean and organized. Funeral Home interior Clean Fresh Spotless No odors Wheelchair ramped as well Jowett, truly treats guests like gold. I'm blessed and impressed.
