  The Director Belinda is a beautiful soul, very kind and professional and cares deeply about the residence and for that I was very grateful to have the opportunity to live there. The apartment was very nice, everything was kept up impeccably, I enjoyed breakfast in the dining room, lunch with my favorite friends and the maintenance manager was very good at his job. When I got the chance to meet people, I made it a point to do so, of course there’s always going to be someone somewhere that doesn’t work with your personality, but mostly that was not the case. I remember so many beautiful neighbors, I miss them. Thank you Belinda for giving me the opportunity to live and be part of your community, it was greatly appreciated…Namaste

  My father spent his last 6 years at Baldwin House. They took SUCH good care of him. The staff was beyond friendly, and really went above and beyond, especially towards the end. I've had to deal separately with a number of assisted living facilities for my mother in Florida, and none of them came anywhere close to Baldwin House in terms of the facilities and the people. I miss my father very much, but it gives me comfort to know how well he was taken care of at Baldwin House.

  I have had a good experience at Baldwin House during a very trying time. I had to move my mother out of her house after 58 years, which was very difficult. I worked with Mark Chatman and he helped me get through the paperwork and has helped my mother feel at home. I would recommend Baldwin House and especially Mark, as he truly tries to make your loved one feel appreciated.

  The staff at Baldwin House Oakland are very experienced in making seniors lives better. A great place for our family member to enjoy her independence in a safe environment.
