  Stephanie shinabery had me feeling unheard the whole visit reported fall and safety concerns were minimized and not accurately reflected in documentation. Left feeling worse than I did going in quite literally go to any other doctor in this facility.

  Made an appointment as a new patient, and the time frame was a month out, not terrible. 2 weeks before my appointment I get a call from the office "the DR had been over booked" they were unable to see me. Rescheduled for 2 weeks out from the original appointment. 1 week before my rescheduled appointment the office calls to tell me the DR won't be in that day. So now I have to wait an additional 2 weeks to be seen. I didn't make a DR appointment for fun. Unprofessional and unorganized is how I would describe this office. I understand things come up but twice. BUSH LEAGUE. I made an appointment in the 1st week of September and won't be seen till the 3rd week of OCT.
