- KTKimberly TaberJul 15, 20255.0Our family toured his beautiful facility this week. We had a wonderful experience. We were treated with compassion, all of our questions were answered. There was no pressure. All levels of care were explained and the financial details were clear cut. The residents were clean and comfortable, out of their rooms enjoying music, sitting in sunrooms, or enjoying meals in the beautiful cafeteria. The staff was friendly and caring, our community liaison Laura was a gem, one of those rare people who are professional , knowledgeable and most important, a person who makes a personal connection to you. I highly recommend.
- MWMary WSep 8, 20241.0My mom was there for 2+ years. If I had to do it again, I would heve googled the State of Michigan Lara Complaints (Home for the Aged.) I was unaware of previous issues until I filed complaints as my mother was not checked on for up to 10 hours overnight.
