  I would like to take a moment to share how wonderful the community at Flourish Collection at Oakland Charter Township truly is. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes this place so special. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and dedicated to the residents and families they serve. They go above and beyond every day to create a supportive, comfortable, and positive environment. Their kindness and professionalism do not go unnoticed. A special thank you to the Executive Director for their outstanding leadership and commitment to maintaining such a high standard of care and community. It’s clear that a great deal of thought, compassion, and effort goes into making this community thrive. Flourish Collection at Oakland Charter Township is truly a beautiful place with an amazing team, and it shows in everything they do.

  If you are looking for a beautiful place for assisted living, I highly recommend Flourish Collection at Oakland. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The apartments are tastefully done, the movie theater is awesome, the dining room is gorgeous, the food is amazing, there are really great activities/events...the list goes on and on. Most importantly, the people are the best! The staff is knowledgeable, caring and super friendly! The most unique and wonderful thing is that you see both the staff and the residents out and about throughout the day. There are so many ways to connect and make new friends here, making it a very vibrant and welcoming place to call home.

  In the past year there have been many management changes which were not in the best interest of the facility. I can personally say the current leadership team has made the necessary staffing changes. I truly appreciate working with Katrina, I missed her professionalism prior to moving our client to memory care. She has elevated the standards and helping to hold staff accountable. Kudos and many thanks Katrina, your passion for the well-being of the residents has made a major difference. You are truly appreciated 👏🏽
