Carveth Village of Middleville was founded in June, 1999, by Ray and Cheryl Peters. They started with a simple philosophy - to create a home-like environment for seniors to age in a place with dignity and respect.
Being a family owned and operated Senior Community, Ray and Cheryl know from personal experience with their own parents, having a place that provides quality care and a place to call "home" is a blessing.
A firm belief in preserving the dignity, promoting self worth, nurturing the human spirit, encouraging individuality and independence sets Carveth Village apart from other retirement communities.

- CNCARL NANNINIDec 21, 20255.0The people here are beyond amazing! They made my Dad feel like he was their ultimate favorite. When my time comes, I would want to come here and I lives hours away. I am so glad we found this place. Dad could not have passed away more peacefully.

You would think he was everyone’s grandfather with the way they treat him. We are walking my father through his final days, and wow—this team has supported us so well. They haven’t just cared for him; they’ve cared for all of us as we’ve stayed by his side for days. explaining every step medication and even hugged and loved on him so much. They also worked with hospice team seamlessly so dad was never in any pain. When I say like family they truly are and we are going to miss seeing them daily. Thank you to every single person here for helping our family through my dad’s final days on earth with such grace, compassion, and extraordinary care. Hugs to you all.

- JSJanice SalDec 3, 20235.0Moved Mom into Carveth from another memory care facility on suspicion her former residence was not properly taking care of her. Mom had been pretty lethargic but since moving to Carveth she has become much more talkative and engaged with her family. We believe Mom is getting superior care at a savings over the previous high end facility.
