Carveth Village of Middleville was founded in June, 1999, by Ray and Cheryl Peters. They started with a simple philosophy - to create a home-like environment for seniors to age in a place with dignity and respect.
Being a family owned and operated Senior Community, Ray and Cheryl know from personal experience with their own parents, having a place that provides quality care and a place to call "home" is a blessing.
A firm belief in preserving the dignity, promoting self worth, nurturing the human spirit, encouraging individuality and independence sets Carveth Village apart from other retirement communities.
Carveth Village Staff,
We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the remarkable care and compassion you provided to our father during his final days. Your consistent kindness, gentleness, and dedication made a profound difference in his experience and brought comfort to our family during such a difficult time.
Even though he was there for a short time your dedication to all your residents were obvious and outstanding.
We truly appreciate the way each of you went above and beyond to ensure he felt loved and supported. It is clear that you not only care for the residents but also for their families, and for that, we are incredibly thankful.
Thank you once again for your exceptional service and for the warmth you shared with my father and our family.

Carveth gave my sister a home and me a piece of mind knowing she was in the best hands and given better care than I could have asked for. She was happy at Carveth which says a lot!! I can't thank the staff enough for what they did for her and for me! Now that my sister has passed, I will miss my visits with her there. I enjoyed getting to know everyone on staff and they will all have a permanent place in my heart! I hope they all know how truly special they all are!!! ~Donna

My sisters and I have been very pleased with the level of care our mom has received here. She is much brighter and her caregivers seem to genuinely love her.

Moved Mom into Carveth from another memory care facility on suspicion her former residence was not properly taking care of her. Mom had been pretty lethargic but since moving to Carveth she has become much more talkative and engaged with her family. We believe Mom is getting superior care at a savings over the previous high end facility.
