- JPJimmie PorterSep 3, 20255.0We visited this church as part of DoGodswork's ministry out reach and our over all experience was pleasent. The facility was clean and in order. The majority of our interactions with the people here where very positive and insightful. Most will welcome you with open arms in the spirit of love. Just meet brother Lamar or brother Alex and they will smile and offer greetings of kindness. There kindness reflects well on the church and they are also very well versed in the church matters. We asked to speak with the President of this church branch President Zirkel to get a better understanding of there faith system and there believes. Brother Lamar was kind enough to arrange a meeting in which we got to sit down with President Zirkel. Here's what he had to say. ["At the heart of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a simple truth: God loves His children and sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to save us. Through Christ’s grace, we can find peace, forgiveness, and hope in every circumstance. The Church is not just a place just of worship, but it’s a community of disciples striving to follow the Savior. We believe in the great commands he gave in loving the Lord and loving our neighbors. We strive to serve others, and prepare to live with God again. In our gatherings, we study His words, partake of His sacrament, and strengthen one another in faith. We believe he lives and guides through the Holy Ghost. We invite all to come and see for yourself. Come learn of Jesus Christ. Come feel His love. Come find fellowship among others who though not perfect are striving to do as Christ would. "] This church works to better there community and preach there understanding of the gospels. As a reviewer far to view of the houses of God have been properly reviewed and not much is available to give people insight into what houses will best fit them. We aim to change that. We will be reviewing a number of church's this year and hope that you all take a momant and find one that fits you and visit them.
