They were very professional, considerate and helpful through the process. They worked with us and the funeral home and accommodated all our needs.

My parents and two friends are buried here. My Dad ‘s funeral. WW2 Vet. 21 gun salute .at the funeral home. Next morning. Off to Pakview. We were greeted at the Chapel by a fine bagpiper. Lovely service. After the service at their chapel, I stayed behind to watch Dad carried away on the truck. They threw him. BAM! Onto the truck. Ooops here’s the flowers. Also thrown. BAM!! I’m still traumatized by that. BAM!! Things are taken off the graves. They turned off the water. You need it because you are only allowed to place sheperd’s hooks and planters. People use the place as a park. (The walking track is a 1/2 mile away at Bentley. Go there). I chased a woman to 5 mile and Middlebelt. I was cleaning off the stone. On my knees. The 2024 Silver Escape with Bill Brown license frame on it. Cruised by. Once. Twice. Three .I then hit my alarm. Four times. The woman stopped then took off to the back of the cemetery. I caught up with her as she was leaving. She was very suspicious. She panicked and enlisted the help of an ACE Hardware man. I parked.Waved. She looks like Philly Karen. Be aware. The office is getting her license number tomorrow. That hand painted rock that was taken??. Beautiful. Absolutely heartless. Maybe Philly Karen took it. Put cameras up for crying out loud. !!!!! My Husband is buried in Southfield. High crime city . But at Holy Sephlecure. Guess what?? Our flags. Flag stands and memorabilia are not STOLEN. They don’t have running water but they provide watering tanks. And when he was buried? 7 children would not leave. The guy who handle the back ho was extremely gentle. It’s called RESPECT . It has been a heartbreaking experience having my parents laid to rest in such a place. Too much to mention. Phil is nice. Get cameras. Get tanks.

Horrible experience with this company at a time my family doesn’t have to be time to be arguing about their unfair policies when the family is grieving. You have been in business long enough to know how to handle a rain during a funeral. And if you don’t, figure it out. Option c: did a grave for your own business because this is not how you treat grieving people.

I would not recommended this cemetery. The groundwork employees are disrespectful. There are many areas that are driven on with trucks that leave deep ruts in the lawn, causing damage to other graves. They never come back to repair grass. There are many other problems, too long to list. I have chosen Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery for my loved ones and myself.

My son was laid to rest 4 years ago. They were very kind during this emotional , unexpected death. His marker was also purchased the same day. My grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles and great grandparent are also resting there. I received a postcard that his marker was placed. I immediately went to see. I WAS HORRIFIED! I wish I could post the picture of how they laid my son's marker. I proceeded to the office where one of the staff, very nice lady, came to my son's graveside and agreed that it was poorly laid. Half of it was exposed without fill. I then had her contact the supervisor to meet at his gravesite. I was livid and told him, what if this was your son. He had no apology and seemed to have been bothered by my request for his presence. Since that time, I have other issues and most recently took fresh cut flowers for his birthday. Revisited 4 days later........gone. All I was told is that they were probably stolen. My experience here has been awful and would not recommend your loved ones to be at REST here. The greatest pain one can ever experience is the death of a child........shame on you.
