I appreciated the compassion, professionalism, and information received from Lashanda. She made everything easy. Antonio always answered the door with a smile, and was also able to follow up with anything extra that I needed to have completed. I finished my arrangements feeling like family was handling my family. In a stressful time, I was able to breath easier from start to finish. Thank you Stinson Funeral Home.
- DTDanny TYMar 22, 20241.0First, they sent the cars to the wrong address on the day of my daughter's funeral. Mine you - I only told them 4 times the correct address. Next, they reimbursed me for the cars with a check, but when I go to cash the check - it had a different last name. (Now, that's on me for not paying closer attention - but still, how do you not put a different last name on the check?) Lastly, I've notice I had not heard back from Stinson's regarding my daughter's remains, she was cremated and it's been 3 weeks. So I just called and the dude says. "Didn't someone already call you?" I'm like, would I be calling if they did? He said, oh, she's been here ready for pick-up. SMH!
