  Ashley, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you’ve done to help with my parents move into assisted living. From the very beginning, you have been incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. As we know transitions like this can be emotional and stressful for families, but you made it so much easier for all of us. Your communication, attention to detail, and willingness to answer every question I had, truly stood out. It’s clear that you care deeply about the residents and their families, and that means a lot. Waltonwood is very fortunate to have someone like you representing their organization. You’ve made a lasting impression on our family, and we’re grateful for the kindness and support you’ve shown my parents during this important step in their lives.   As the 2021 Detroit Free Press winner of Best of the Best, I can say since April of 2023 when I found Waltonwood Carriage Park for my mom, it’s still the best of the best! My mom finally understood that she could not live alone & moved in December 2023 to the Assisted Living level of care. Mom is very happy. She lived in Plymouth & wanted to stay in the city so WCP is a good fit. The Executive & Pastry Chefs are a good fit for me when I take a meal with her 😊 With weather challenges, it’s nice to share a meal with her & the friends she has made in the very short time she has lived at WCP. 💪Everyone can choose to be busy like my mom with four scheduled activities every day. My mom loves that her day begins with exercise & often doesn’t return to her room until just before dinner to freshen up! I have peace of mind that my mom is happy & in an environment that provides her appropriate oversight, choice & challenge. PS. Thanks to our new Chef, Fran & the staff (shout out to Jake!) for making the Easter Brunch on March 23 a beautiful event. Get ready for next year, I’m sending a shout out to Mom’s nieces & nephews to join us. Can’t wait for the egg hunt!

  I like this place, one of my Family members lives here and when I go and visit I get good vibes.. The place looks clean and seems to provide a good atmosphere for the residents..
