First and foremost the administrative staff and caregivers are amazing and they make sure to go above and beyond for the residents and their families. They make it feel like home! The facility is absolutely beautiful if you didn’t get the chance to see it at Christmas time you missed out!!! Happy to have someone i love and care about living there!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

The staff is amazing with the residents, they are quite attentive and go above and beyond to make sure they have everything they want/need and much more!! The residents are ALWAYS treated with dignity and respect and most importantly kindness! The entire staff is quite knowledgeable in their roles and are always able and willing to help anyone in need! The administrators are incredible as well! They are very helpful and also knowledgeable in their positions! They can answer any questions quickly and easily and are always willing to listen and act accordingly! Their expertise and knowledge is astounding. The level of caring displayed not only for the residents but the entire staff is very apparent! Everyone that walks through the door is treated as if they are the most important person in the world!!! I would 1000% recommend Hampton Manor to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones!! The care she receives is TOP NOTCH ! All of the staff and caregivers are so caring and they treat you and your loved ones like family . They are VERY ATTENTIVE to the needs of the residents . and I love that they check on them often and look in on them just to say Hi . The management is Amazing if you have questions or concerns they go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure they get answers for you . The facility is VERY CLEAN and beautifully decorated . My aunt loves her apartment which is very spacious but still handicapped accessible. I would HIGHLY recommend Hampton Manor to everyone who is looking for SUPERB CARE for a loved one. They have so much to offer you will not be disappointed !!
