- TWTermylia WilliamFeb 17, 20261.0I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Management shady as hell. The only way you movin’ up to resident care coordinator is if you are personally involved with the executive director. And the crazy part? The one they put in charge don’t even know what she doing. Residents out here getting neglected ‘cause she clueless. She supposed to run the clinical team, but she don’t take responsibility for nothing. Meds get missed? Residents don’t get their medication? She act like it ain’t her problem. No accountability, no nothing. But at the end of the day, she stay protected ‘cause she got the boss on her side. Whole situation unprofessional and messed up.
