Maine Veterans’ Homes (MVH) is a non-profit, award-winning senior services healthcare provider dedicated to offering exceptional care and comfort to Maine’s veterans, their spouses, and Gold Star parents. Operating six homes throughout the state—in Augusta, Bangor, Caribou, Machias, Scarborough, and South Paris—MVH was established by the Maine Legislature in 1977 to serve veterans and eligible family members. Today, it remains an independent organization steadfast in its mission of “caring for those who served”.
