My baby has been at LALC for two years. Clean facility and Nice welcoming staff. Within two months of her attending she was potty trained and knew how to spell her name. I highly recommend LALC. Your baby will be in safe hands.

Brace yourself, this is a long one, but there are so many great things to say about this daycare - it truly is an amazing place! My daughter has been going here since she was 2 and still in diapers. While she was in the “2’s classroom”, her teachers were nothing but short of amazing. They provided constant updates/pictures of what my daughter was doing, all of her diaper changes, feedings, etc. (The app used to do this makes everything so convenient!) I could tell she was given great care and attention. She never had rashes, always had a fresh diaper, was always clean. I never once had any issues! She is now in the “4’s classroom”, which is what they call Pre-K (maybe that’s normal at all daycares, I’m not sure - I’m a single mom and this is my first time experience with daycare in general). Anyway, she joined this age group when she was about 3.5 and while she wasn’t quite caught up to the level of most of the kiddos in there, they did and have continued to do a great job in helping her keep up with what everyone else is learning. Each week they focus on a letter, number, shape, and color. They also have units they do where they’ll teach the children about recycling, nature, seasons, clothes, etc. They do some really cool fun/educational activities to accompany these as well! The amount she has learned, just from them alone, blows my mind. I asked her the other day what shape she wanted me to draw for her to color in and she told me a hexagon! I was not expecting that.. lol They’re very good about safety here. They do not allow for parents to hold the door, to eliminate any chance of letting in someone who should not be, in the building. In fact, they recently changed it to where every family is now required to have a “key fob” to be able to swipe at the door to get in. If for any reason you don’t have yours on you or if someone else is picking up your child, they aren’t able to get in without being verified and buzzed in by the person at the door. I feel that my child is very safe there and that alone is priceless. I also really appreciate their patience in working with the children when they have those hard days. Unfortunately, my daughter has had her share of bad days at school, and as embarrassing as it can be, they always let me know so that I know to address what happened when she gets home. We’ve had a couple of days where she wasn’t able to be calmed down and has been required to be picked up, which I completely understand. For both her sake, her classmates, and the teachers, sometimes that’s just what has to be done. They do have rules regarding this type of behavior, which if allowed to get to a certain point (they go in steps, like here’s what happens the first time, the second, etc.) will result in termination. I can assure you that they don’t want this for your child, as much as you don’t as their parent. I appreciate their patience in continuing to work with my daughter in helping express her frustrations by using her words versus acting out upon them. A few more quick things I love about this daycare: - Every child has their own cubby/bin with their picture and coat hook. - Their playgrounds are all very age appropriate and well maintained! This goes for the toys too. I’ve seen them when they sanitize and they really do take every single toy and thoroughly clean and sanitize them every day. This really helps to keep the sickness at bay. - All of the teachers are very kind and the owner, Monique, is also a very lovely lady. She stays on top of things! I’ve never had any bad experiences with a single person in that building. - If your child gets an injury, no matter how small, you are notified and let known what steps, if any needed, were taken to help treat the injury. - The front is always well maintained and decorated for the season. It’s just a beautiful building. They take pride in it! Overall, I feel great about sending my daughter here! I know she is well taken care of, that she is learning new things, having a good time and that she is safe. Thanks LALC for all that you guys do!

LALC is absolutely amazing from the management team all the way down to the teachers . We’ve been here for about 2 years now after leaving a horrible daycare so I was a bit nervous but I can honestly say I’m pleased and I’m sad that my baby will be soon going to school this fall 😔.Major thing is the communication has always on point and any concern I’ve ever had has been addressed immediately rather face to face or thru the portal It’s clean and tidy everyone is so friendly . I even send my older daughter in the summer for camp . I trust that my child is well taken care of while here . I would highly recommend this center to any parent looking for good professional loving child care . Thank you LALC family for all you do .

They basically would not except my children because they have special needs. They discriminated against my children because they have autism. This was the second time they gave me the run around saying they had available spots for my children, and as soon as I tell them they have special needs all of a sudden they don't have any openings. If your children have special needs they will not except them. They told me they have people there who are trained to deal with children with special needs, then they tell me they can't except my children. They are pitiful and I definitely will be reporting them to the news.
